If he doing like this, so just manage your privacy setting and move out his profile.
Hide all activity of that person without blocking them.
And check your friend list also, may be someone unknown id exist, so remove them.

Yes its Possible But you Cant Find Out Tho Who Is Watching your Profile on Facebook Because Facebook Does Not Tell you And Any Apps That Claim That They Can Are Fake and Dont Work And Used Towards Spam
