Do you know why my apps required internet connection?

I bought a few apps and had use them for quite sometime and now all of the sudden it requires internet connection...what gives?

My device is wifi only....and I thought the purpose of buying them was so I wouldn't worry about sucj things.

The makers of that app probably put out an update that added some content into that app that need internet connection to run properly. if you do not like it, try to find an older version of that app, otherwise you need an internet connection.
