My facebook chat is messed up?

My facebook chat says no one is online but my friends are online and i dont know whats wrong with it? Any ideas how i can fix it? Thank you xxx

If you 'appear offline' then you can't see your friends on chat

Facebook Chat has been jacked up ever since they changed it. My suggestion is go to the "options" tab at the bottom of the side-bar. and make sure that you're still marked as "online." If you're still marked as offline, go online. If it's not fixed, you should contact the Facebook developers and they'll help you fix it.
