What else can i change to improve this site ahead of deep crawl?

Do you think my site is enough in content? because someone use similar content to me, he did not do promote or SEO but can earn a good money.

since this site have many content, so I have no idea whether I need to promote specific keyword?
or no need to do so?

before I have another content, but it change to new content now, PR now is N/A, My target is google pagerank 2. Give me some suggest

Your site seems to be no more than a link farm. Link farms are junk...search engines don't like them because they waste resources doing what search engines do much better. If you can think of an appropriate key word for that mess, I doubt you'll ever get a decent position in the organic list of any search engine. You need to learn about what websites are used for and how to design them before you worry about SEO.
