I use Google Chrome as my go-to browser on my laptop and have now started using it on my iPhone and iPad as well?
Is there a way I can sync all my bookmarks to Chrome on my mobile devises or will I have to save all my bookmarks manually?

Yes. You can allow them to sync with your gmail account. Its under the browsers settings.
