internet connection?

the speed on my internet connection is 54.0 mbps and it keeps going down and up. if im playing a game it laggs and logs me off. idk what to do plz help

the unfortunate thing is that when you buy an internet connection you are guaranteed up to the speed that you pay for. this is because your telco can not, or will not, supply the highest amount to every customer. that being said, make sure that you do not have any hidden processes running in the background such as a virus or spyware.
