Computer help / Internet connection?

When I click on Internet Explorer, it says 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage', and when I click 'diagnose connection problem' it says 'Problems found- The remote device or resource won't accept the connection Detected'
How do I fix this!? Plz help!

Go to the bottom of your screen, to the right is the system tray. Mouse over the little white picture of a computer monitor with a cord beside it. If it says the name of your network with 'internet access' refresh the internet explorer window. If it says no access then restart your router. If it isnt there and instead there is the wireless internet logo, click on that. Ensure you are connected to the correct network, and make sure you entered the correct password. If you did and no luck, I would restart the router/modem.
