something happening with my internet connection?

my speed is 600 to 800 kbps..but surfing speed is horrible...at night all goes well...social sites like fb is not accesible in any other time except at night...other people in my lan network they also using fb at that time i know that..i just need a way to make my surfing a little faster..i dont care about speed..just give me or suggest me a way by which i can surf properly in internet..plzz plzz plzz

First scan your PC with some good anti-virus to see if some virus or Trojan is consuming your internet speed.

there are different ways to stop or to prevent any program from using your bandwidth others have mentioned reasons and ways to prevent it,,
well the easiest way to stop that from happening is to download a third party software called net limiter

once you run it , it shows all the program accessing your bandwidth .. you can either prevent the access from there or delete it. and here is the link for you to see how to :

Try to install antivirus. and clearing cache and disabling add onz.
