Are there any weight loss recommendations?
I am 16 years old standing at 5 foot and I'm 163 pounds...
The way I look doesn't really bother me but the way I feel does.
I have started doing the biggest loser workout videos and I am taking krill oil and ganoderma in pill form to help me start losing weight. I love playing sports its just physically hard for me to do so and I want to be able to compete. I know that I should cut out soda and bread and junk food in general but I just don't know what healthier options are to eat besides fruits and vegetables. Is there anything more I can do? I want to be able to look good and feel good when I meet my boyfriend this December for the first time (: any tips are welcome.

Hello!
I run a programme called 'Weigh To Go' and it specialises in healthy but affective weight loss. On average people using my programme lose 5lbs a week or even more! Have a look at my twitter page (https://twitter.com/CiaraJuicePlus) and DM me or email me (ciara@highway2health.co.uk) if you want some more info
Hope to hear from you soon Smile
xx
