I like these two boys : both play football && ii have one class with each (but not the same class)
Boy One : acts white
Boy Two : is mean to people but never me

I have had small talk with both at school but i want to have a real convo with them in fb . I would like them to message ME first but since ii have to what should I say . Please no " ohh do uu know the homework "

If you can make small talk at school, make small talk on fb

Why not say "hey, school was so boring today" or "what you doing this weekend" or talk about one of your teachers (say something about them being boring or something) just to break the ice, and then see where the convo takes you. Maybe after a little convo with them, they will talk to you next time on there as they'll know you're approachable and want to speak with them
