i dont think there is a specific time he comes on as he is travelling around the world all the time in different time zones. i dont mean to bring ur hopes down but there is not a great chance that Justin will reply as he has around 20000000 ppl tweeting him at the same time when he is online. well, the chances are actually slim to none really as i have been trying to get a follow, a reply or a retweet from him for around 6 months now (since i got twitter) and he still does not know of my exsistence. keep trying tho and downt give up cos, u know, YOLO.
