I can't reach support for Outlook - does anyone have suggestion?
My Outlook account is blocked for some reason (says someone has been trying to access my account - really just set up internet at home) so directed me to recover account through another email - when entered security code sent to other email, just directed me to change my original passcode - I don't want to do that - how can I contact Microsoft to inform them of the problem - is not allowing me to enter my account without changing my passode - but am also unable to find any chat or phone options for contacting the service to retain my original settings - does anyone know of a contact number or chat I can get a response from Outlook team to resolve my issue? - please skip any answers that suggest I change my passcode (should get points deducted for sarcasm...) Thanks

You don't have a choice about changing the passcode. MS will tell you to change it before they can help you. That is the only way you can recover the account. This is a security feature because your account is being hacked. Don't screw around with this, bite the bullet and change it or risk being hacked over and over.
