Need help with new Samsung Galaxy Y?

I just got this phone and it has the android program or whatever on it but it doesn't have android apps on it. I'm pretty sure it's called Market or Go Market or whatever but i don't have that- i have Samsung Apps but i got my phone in China (where i am currently residing) and most of the apps are in Chinese and i really cant find any good apps on it (i.e. skype, fb, kik, instagram). So does anyone have any clue how to get it on my phone?
