help using google chrome?

when i am on you tube google chrome some but not all videos don't have sound when i know they should, i play the same videos on firefox an there is sound does anyone know whats wrong or how to fix this

Try Deleting Google Chrome, then re-installing it. Your browser could be out-of-date. You can delete chrome from the "Uninstall Programs" program. Good Luck!
