Please help, google chrome trouble....?

You see whenever i turn on google chrome for some reason the colour quality of the computer goes down from 32 bit to 8 bit(btw the minimum colour quality available is 16 bit so i dont know how it comes to 8 bit). this happens when i turn on google chrome and when i download songs. Please explain why this is happening and how can i fix it. All answers are appreciated.

PS-this never used to happen before, it is very recent
