Best sites for free background effects?
I'm doing a short speech in college about how I've grown over the semester, and we were asked to make it creative, so I want to stand in front of the computer projection, and utilize background effects like fire explosions and confetti. What are some good sites that have FREE loops and background like this? Thanks.
