I have a problem on my surface consisting of the store windows not loading, or the gray screen with the symbol Store it appears to me, the wheel appears to rotate but not open any more and get off the internet access click on shop, it opens and bind access to net and hit upload, the page appears all white. What do I do to fix this problem on my surface?
