Why are there two sections in the FB chat?
There is normally a couple of friends at the top even if there not online and then if you scroll down its says more friends with a number of how many friends are there.it looks like this

Facebook does that because it displays the people you chat with most first, then displays your other friends, that you don't chat with much, that are online.
