My dad read my fb messages?

My dad claimed my Facebook messages "popped up" and he read all the messages between me and my boyfriend. He knows that I lie about sleeping at a friends house and end up going to my boyfriends and knows I have sex and sext my boyfriend. What do I do? I never drank or smoked/ do drugs. I'm really not a bad child, I'm 16, I'm a teenager. I feel so violated and have no one to turn too.
