How to send money in Google Wallet?

I have attached and verified a checking account and credit card. There is supposed to be a button to send money from within Wallet. (I don't use my gmail as my primary email, so I'd prefer sending through Wallet instead of through email. Besides, the "$" button hasn't rolled out to my gmail regardless.)

I can not find this supposed button within Wallet. I contacted their customer service, and while they answered promptly they could not seem to understand that I can not locate this button. Instead, they kept telling me how the gmail $ button works and how it is rolling out to users right now. I also scoured Wallet's help/FAQ pages to no avail.

Where *should* this button be located, and is it normal for it to be missing? I am not unfamiliar with computers or anything, so it is not that I am simply missing it...

(Please, do not answer by telling me about sending through gmail, or telling me to use Paypal etc instead. I've been using Paypal for years as a buyer and a seller, and I'm sick of Paypal's horrible service to its users. Seller Protection is a joke (and I've been scammed by buyers more than once because of it), they like to hold money and refunds for as long as they can, and getting ahold of any sort of customer service seems impossible at times. I am switching to Google Wallet to give this a try instead. )
