I need help finding contact information for LastPass?

I paid for and downloaded it I get product called Last Pass. This is a website application that is supposed to store and automatically fill nonlocking information for you .
I am extremely unhappy with this product- it is difficult to setup used and incorrectly fills the information. I have tried to locate a contact telephone number for customer service
I have sent several tickets to cancel my account with no reply. I paid $12 annually for this service through PayPal and cannot seem to get a refund
Can anyone please help me find a customer service telephone number or how to cancel the service
I'm extremely frustrated and would appreciate any help. Thank you so much
