Getting prospects to your site is typically the biggest challenge for a small eCommerce site.

I believe it's a mistake to try to promote everything in a generic Amazon affiliate store site. The duplicate content that the Amazon data feed sends to countless sites prevents it from earning search engine ranking. The small product image store site design doesn't look very well optimized, for making sales.
Your site could well be an auto installing turnkey site identical to dozens that other have bought from the other supplier, if that were the case it would be very hard to get search engine ranking.

"most premier" is grammatically redundant and an unrealist claim that will probably put people off.

If you had a product of your own that was a lot more profitable you might be able to make a store on your current host profitable, I seriously doubt that your too generic, unremarkable site will ever make significant sales.

With the tiny commission you get from Amazon using paid advertising is probably impractical, your pretty much stuck with trying to get 'free' search traffic, you should first focus on creating a publication that attracts interested people that also demonstrates a high degree of originality which would help it rank better in search engines. Writing long category introduction paragraphs and how-to articles on products would provide a lot more text for the search spiders to digest, text content drives search ranking. There are prefabricated Niche site packages available, it's easier for a specialty site to get ranking for it's particular specific subject. Some of these kits provide the store site template, text content plus videos and articles meant to be used elsewhere to promote the sit, again some customization of content is needed to not look like a cookie cutter site to the search engines.
