I keep getting an error on Xbox,somebody help!!?

So,I finally connected my Xbox 360 to an internet connection,but Xbox gave me the name "Jollyboss" with some numbers. When I try to change my nickname, it gives me the error 800700E8, when I go to the Xbox website to see what it means it says that they moved some things around,and the page I am looking for has a new location, or is no longer available.
Anybody knows what does this error mean? Or why is the errorhelp page no longer available? Please help ;_;

That error code belonged to an " old " error that's no longer an error so it's pretty much a useless code , however if you can't change your name because of that code I suggest signing into the xbox website and changing your name from there , it's your best bet unless you can sign into your account on someone else's xbox then change your name from their xbox
