Google Chrome running slowly?

Google Chrome has always run very quickly for me, loading pages almost instantly, but recently it's been taking up to 5 minutes to load. All the other computers in my house are normal, and I don't have any extra processes running. Is there a solution?

Google Chrome starts a new system process per each open tab. This sometimes results in slower performance. Try minimizing your tabs or perhaps just restarting chrome entirely. Remember to check the task manager to make sure all of the chrome.exe processes have ceased.
