Youtube is extremely slow on Chrome!?

So, I know a few things about tech and computers. Recently, I discovered that youtube always hangs and has a hard time loading and buffering. So I pinged my computer in CMD. (ping google.com) and got 20ms. I tried youtube on Internet Explorer and pinged and got 40. However, If I have a youtube video loading in Google Chrome, and I ping the computer in the same exact way, I get 2000ms!!
Do you know what can cause this problem and if there is any solution ? Thank you.

Sometimes Google chrome system files get corrupted.
You have to uninstall it manually & again reinstall it after rebooting.

The manual uninstall process is not same as the usual uninstall process.
It is used to remove all chrome data from your computer to delete the corrupted system files.

(Backup your Bookmarks before uninstalling)
After reinstalling it, it will work fine.
