My 3G Internet won't work on my iPhone 4s...?

I have a Sprint iPhone 4s. I've had this phone since April and my 3G Internet and my wifi worked fine till now. I haven't changed any of my settings for 3G, cellular data, Internet whatever you want to call it. It just simple won't work. I cant open up a web page or use twitter or instagram. Especially outside of my house. My weather and stock market goes offline every time I go outside my house and i have no idea why. Even when I'm at home, my phone won't connect to my house wifi so I have to use a hotspot. This has never happened before until now and I just want to know how to fix it! How do I get my 3G to work again??

if 3G only has problems - then it looks like a network problem, not yours
complain to Sprint !

if it is happening on wifi (and your other internet is fine)
then the phone sounds like it needs to be re-synced with the wifi - disable wifi,
wait 20-30 seconds and re-enable

in any event, I would power the phone off
wait a good minute and then power it on again.
soft resetting the phone like that can often clear issues.
