LAPTOP INTERNET CONNECTION?!??!?!?!?!?!?
ok so i have a laptop and dont know how to connect it to my internet connection i have a router and i know it works so can someone give me step by step directions on how to connect my internet connection to my laptop

o and my laptop is windows xp if that helps

Are you wired or Wireless? If you are either you can open the control panel (start: control Panel) then hit natwork and internet connections or Network connections Right click and enable all of these, please e-mail me with detials so that i can help, because i need to know if it is wireless or ethernet, PLEASE PUT YAHOO ANWSERS IN THE SUBJECT LINE, hersheylover1129@aol.com

does ur laptop have a wireless internet earch device, 2 search 4 the router? i have VISTA, idk about XP anymore
