can you make a facebook page anonymously?

I want to make a Facebook page where people can vent about their problems and depression because I know what its like to have no one to talk to, but I want to do it anonymously because I know how people are, they'll play the "your doing it for attention card". I want to avoid that so how do I make Facebook page where no one can see that I'm the creator?

Not really. You can sign up under a fake name. You can also block certain people from seeing what you post, write etc...
