Is it possible to hide Groups and Pages I belong to on Facebook?

I belong to about 20 groups and Pages on Facebook. As things stand now all the Groups I belong to are desplayed on my Info. All my Friends can see what groups I belong to.
Is there an option in settings where I could hide all the groups I beling to from my friends.

Account ----> Application settings -----> Recently used ----> Groups ----> Edit settings.
But you can't hide pages.

Why would you want to hide that from your friends? Maybe don't join groups you don't feel comfortable enough for people to know about in the first place.
