Google chrome error issue?

when i try to use my google chrome browser it says the webpage is unavailable
Error 4 (net::ERR_INVALID_ARGUMENT): Unknown error
Ive tried reinstalling it and it still says this, can anyone help?

Does your memory have enough space for it? Are you using Windows? Is some kind of program that blocks Google Chrome? Chrome easily runs in Windows if you have enough memory space, without firewalls or anti viruses blocking it. Hope this helps.
