Internet Connection????????? Help please?

I have windows vista basic.. my computer is an emachine it works really good tho been 3 years old.. So i was wondering what i need to do to set up an internet connection.. I have a belkin modem and a belkin wireless.. what do i need to set up an internet connection?

An Internet Service Provider (ISP) , check google for the available ISP in your area. They usually will install everything for you.

First of all you have to check for a sevice provider in your area ,take internet connection,connect the router to the modem with ethernet cable,if wireless card in your configure wireless connection,start>start search>type ncpa.cpl>network connection page>left hand side will find an option configure network connection>click on it and follow the instruction.

Your PC will try to set up automatically but then it will fails installation is it? But you dot not tell about any software or CD, you get from the modem so I can't understood the problem. If you get any CD or software so try to install with that, instruction(read me) including with the modem.Or contact http://www.belkin.com/au/contactus/index.html
