If someone obtains very personal pictures of your private parts by stealing someone else' phone- there's more?
Then makes a fake Facebook page of you, adds all your friends and family, then puts them online. Can that person get in trouble? If So is it a felony? Help please. Thanks in advance

If you're under 18, they can be charged with child pornography. I think (but I'm not sure) that that could be classified as slander as well, especially if it has impacted your reputation or your job.
