Does anyone know of any SIMPLE workout diets?
Not needing to lose weight, but need to ear properly to gain some muscle. All the workout diets I can find seem to be suggesting fancy recipes etc. I'm not a good cook, so I'd rather something simple and easy to make. Anyone know any diets with simple to make foods?

Meat, vegetables, low carbs.
You can get frozen chicken breasts and fish - easy to microwave. Grill a steak. Have a big vegetable salad with it. 1-2 pieces of fruit. Boiled and yogurt for breakfast. Ads |

dont ever go low carbs when you are trying to gain muscle carbs are your friend and carbs are also your friend for losing weight so never listen to anyone like the person above who say that.
breakfast: 2-4 eggs Wheat toast plain or with some butter fruit Morning Snack: Granola bar Peanut butter jelly sandwich wheat bread fruit Lunch: Chicken, fish, or steak potatoes of some sort(mashed, fries, cut up) -any sort of carb source vegetable Afternoon snack PBJ wheat bread fruit Dinner: same as lunch or mix it up that is a solid plan and let me know if that works my instagram is Mocloh |
