How to ask out a local famous person?
Okay, well its this female rapper in my city and she's very popular everyone knows her, she follows me on Twitter and I wanted to DM her but I didn't know what to say. I like her and I don't even want to date her yet I just want her number so we could get to know each other. I don't know how to ask her because so many love stricken people approach her daily, also what are some cute flirty sweet tweets I could post ?
