Internet connection help.?

I have a Dell Latitude D610 with Microsoft windows XP. I recently have gotten a new motherboard and after they gave it back to me I couldn't connect to the Internet. How can I reconnect? There is no Wi-Fi bar down in the right corner of my screen how can I get my Internet back.??

Maybe you don't have internet drivers installed?

Update the drivers by using an Ethernet or USB cable to connect to your modem & get online. Download Driver Booster from Iobit.com (free version) and run it while you're connected to the internet. It will update ALL the drivers.

Then get Linux as an operating system or a Vista or Win 7 upgrade to the operating system because XP support from Microsoft goes away 8 July 2014 (less than ten days away). Your computer will be chum bait for internet sharks....
