some websites will not load?

hi everybody my problem is that some websites dont load like when i open chrome and go to some websites the status stay on connecting and the site wont load .some of the sites that i have problem with include google yahoo facebook
note: the problem occur sometimes like sometimes the site will load correctly and sometimes it wont load at all

Clear the cache in your browser.

Does it just continue having the loading 2 things i would recomend,
1: Restart Your modem
2: Also restart your computer
and posibly
3: Go into your browser settings (top right next to the web adress) and see if there are "extensions" acualy blocking the access to they websites.
