Ok so I don't want hear negative stuff but I wanna hear the pro's of a 13 year old having an instagram so I can persuade her thanks! PLZ HeLP!

You're 13, love. I didn't have any kind of social media anything until I was almost 16. I know this isn't what you want to hear, but just wait it out. It's not as hyped up as you think it, I promise.

Wow, Instagram is 100% safe can set your profile so no one sees anything but your name until they follow you and they can only follow you if you let them, I'm sure almost all of your school have Facebook and it's not as bad as Facebook though favebook a not that bad. I had Facebook from the age of 10(I'm 14 now) it lets you stay in touch with friends and make friends more. I respect your mums choices but she needs to trust you a lot more.

It is 100% safe, people can't privetely talk to you, it is a good chance to show off your photography skills (just don't post awkward selfies with hardly any clothes on)

Does your mum have Instagram? She could check on your ig (Instagram) as often as she likes. x
