So there is this girl that I really like. I mean big time. I'm in grade 10 and she's in grade 11. I talked to her on Facebook and after like 3 hours of constant talking, I finally told her I had to go and asked if I could have her number. She said sure and left her number. I waited for the next day and I texted her. It's been 5 hours so i'm assuming she doesn't have any interest in me.
Also, it seems pretty clear because I see her on Facebook but she won't text me

I'd say wait maybe 2 days then text her one more time just to make sure. If she doesn't reply the second time then you should just move on.

With this kind of stuff, you have to be patient. Have it ever came to mind she might have been busy or something happen? If it bothers you so much, just simply ask if she ever got your text or was she busy that day. Stuff like this takes time and patience. Don't rush through it okay? Good luck.=)

relax you are over thinking stuffs... She is probably busy and can't text you, if she has no interested in talking to you , she wouldn't give you her number in the first place .. There are a lot of excuses she could give in order to avoid giving you her number... Just relax and see what happens give her time... wait until she texts and don't ask her why she took long if she finally reaches out... Give her today and tomorrow , if she doesn't you can text her again the day after tomorrow .. If she doesn't reply at all in that case I will tell you to move on. For now just take easy , it isn't too late.

Gee, could she be busy??? Have other things on her mind?? Just because she hasn't text you back on YOUR timeline, doesn't mean she's not going to. If your conversation on FB with her was equally you and her chatting, then I would say to give her more time to text you back. However, if your conversation was mostly one-sided (your side), then she may have given you her number just to appease you. Or…it could have been a fake phone number. I wouldn't contact her again by text or FB…I would let her come to me. This is how you will know if she's truly into you or not.
