phone calls make DSL internet go away?
recently i tried hooking up a new homephone. However, everytime i got a call on this phone, it made my DSL internet go away even though i have filters installed. it is a 900 Mhz like it says on the box.

my old phone never did this and it is still hooked up and working fine. that phone says Dect 6.0 on it. not sure if thats the
reason.

what kind of phone should i buy that will not disconnect my DSL internet?

If it's a wireless connection, the phone may be interfering with that. Try connecting your computer with a cable. You could try manually choosing a channel on the wireless router.
