Can't install from unknown sources ! help?

Can't install from unknown sources ! help?
I updated my note 2 to android 4.3 and now i can't install apps from the Internet... apps download but when I press install, nothing happens (unknown sources is cheched)

Maybe This Will Help.
Go To Settings>Security>Enable The Option Of "Unknown Sources"
Then Try To Install It.
