I'M BUYING A WIFI EXTENDER IT HAS A 650 SQUARE FT. RANGE THE SIGNAL IS AROUND 150 FEET AWAY WILL IT WORK?
BUYING A AMPED WIRELESS REC10 A CONNECTION RANGE A 6,500 SQUARE FT. THE WIFI SIGNAL IS ACROSS A PARKING LOT AROUND 150 FEET CAN ANYONE SAY IF THIS WILL WORK FOR ME I COULD USE RECOMMENDATION THIS ONE IS $ 70 I CAN'T AFFORD ANY MORE PLEASE HELP IF U CAN I AM A NEWBE BUT I AM A FAST LEARNER AND I DO UNDERSTAND PC INTERNET AND WIFI THANK YOU

It would probably work. If you position the extender at a window or something like that, it would help. Be aware that things like wind, microwaves, walls, and structures can interrupt the signal as well. You can probably return the router if it doesn't work out for you if you order it from some place like Newegg

a wifi router with a 12dB antenna can send the signal 3 miles in clear air but not far through walls and windows , however it's a felony to project wifi signals outside a domestic home without a license ( as with almost everything in this supposedly "free country" ) you need 2 yagi antennas pointing at each other, but if you use a wifi extender it halves the internet speed each way which means 4 times slower overall
