Why isn't the library WiFi working?
There is supposed to b free WiFi in this library. I used to have a very old phone but now I have Nexus 5. But it still doesn't work.

Yet signal strength is very strong it shows & the system does recognize it. And yes I have enabled data on the phone etc. But when I actually start using it say I go on the browser it does not work cos it takes ages to load & never stops loading.

So why is this & what can I do to fix it? And no there is no Password for it either.

Sometimes the software or programming that the library wifi uses needs to be updated to allow newer equipment to work.
I had friend who used old laptop with an old Windows versiion that worked fine. but when router was updated, the old version didn't work anymore, and she had to upgrade to another version of windows.
So as technology continues improving with equipment, older equip such as the library router might need to be updated too.
But good luck getting them to do that. I'm sur eit would cost money which they don't have to spend. You might ask them about the problem, see if any others have same trouble with their phones as you do. They might be able to do something to help the connection for you.
