How can I get a Facebook page that is defaming a friends company taken down?

My friend has a business and there is currently a facebook page that uses his name in the name of the facebook page and I was wondering if there is anything that could be done to remove that page? It's not a biggee but it is an annoyance... a lot of the accusations on the page are false, which has led to a lot of the perception of the page to be wholly negative toward my friend and we just want it to stop. They can state their opinion all they want, but making false accusations are not cool at all.

all you can do is report it to facebook, with proof and explanation, and then wait

Hack the account then delete it =)
