Hello Nishkarsh,

To improve your conversion you have to see your website from user's point of view. You need to answer some basic questions of users like:

what is special in your website?
why they will choose your website?
what benefit they will receive?
etc.

Currently your website not addressing most of those questions. So, make sure you have clear goals and help users to achieve those goals.

Check for the competition and the local search of the keywords you are targeting, try to use long tail keywords which have high local searches and medium or low competition.
docs sharing, video submission, image submission, classified posting etc helps a lot to get you backlinks, submit to high page rank submission sites. check for errors and optimise them......hope all this help.
