calls from internet numbers!!?

lately this morning, i have been recieving calls from some weird numbers and i feel really unsafe..!! i got calls from 5 different numbers and all different countries.. 1 frm tokoyo another from vietnaam!! and so on goes the list!! from just seeing those number i find them all to be internet number calls!! (like ofocrse those have to be internet numbers)!! i firstly want to know the person who is calling me!! is there any possible way to know that..?? can sombedy help me?? (yes i dont want ideas of going to the police station and everything) i WANT an ALTERNATIVE please help!!

I do apologize I do see your question and the best solution to KNOW who's calling you step 1) get another phone (borrow one) Step 2) call the number (if you have a way to know who called via caller ID) ask for the person on the caller ID if not make up a name Step 3) if you are wrong on your guess ask who it is vuala you now have their name.

If this does not work you can always search the number online just google search using all 10 digits of the number this will provide a list with possibly that number in it.

Finally if all these methods prove useless or unable to be done there are sites that will give you the information for a small fee.

However, in the end due to privacy laws and acts no these numbers aren't just freely given without the user giving them (like to a website).
