PS3 internet connection.?

Ok I have a netgear router. Im trying to get my ps3 on the internet. I have the following I believe.
IP address.... its in place
Subnet Mask.... its in place
Default router.... How do I find this ( what is it)
Primary DNS.... ii believe i have it (is it Domain Name Server ?)
Secondary DNS ...I believe i have this to ... because I found the Domain Name Server and it gave me 2 numbers .. so i put them both in as a primary and secondary accordingly ... But when I run the test the IP address is found but it says internet connection failed.
i did all this manually but still NO LUCK ... and it says DNS error (80710102) PLEASE HELP thanx

Make sure that your modem is connected to your router properly.
On your PS3 xmb go to Settings> Network Settings> Internet Connection Settings> find your router and type in the password. Then test the connection.
