I accidentally deleted someone on KIK?

Around a month ago I accidentally deleted a friend off KIK
They live in another country and KIK was the only social networking site I had them on
I know it was stupid that I accidentally deleted them, but it happened and is there any way I could possibly retrieve the person? Plus the conversations are deleted as well because I logged out and logged back in.
Really annoying because she was a good friend of mine.
So any suggestions or ways that I could get the KIK friend back, please let me know.
