no it has been delivered and I have reset my phone but it just keeps on saying sent a minute ago :/

The recipient probably is logged off their kik account, hence it hasn't been delivered yet. As soon as they login to their kik account, your message will be read as Delivered followed by Read if they choose to read your message.
