my Xbox one will not allow my to use the online?

so i turned on the XBox and it signed me in but gives me the unconnected to internet message so it updated my console after the update i still told me it was not connected so i went throw the troubleshooting of the network and online connection in both cases i said "it is all good" so i unplugged the the Ethernet cable that i use to hard line my X-Box to the internet as well as the xbox itself waited to 20-25 sec the reinserted both cables powered on the Xbox and was told ones more that the xbox could not connected to the internet tested the connections was told again "it is all good" that i had a internet connection. so i powered of the xbox ones more unplugged the iethernet cable powered on my xbox then tired to use wireless connections it let me connect told me i had been connected but still will not let me use anything that needed the use the internet. i then reinserted the hard line still would not let me us the internet .

can anyone help me ?

Well, with the xbox 1 it can hear what your saying and moniters it, so if you were to say... swear a lot, it would kick you off of the internet and ban you from online games on that account, if that isn't the problem, then your xbox 1's wifi chip is broken, and you can either plug in an Ethernet cable connected to your router, or bring it to best buy's geek squad guys and they could probably replace and or fix the chip.
