Samsung Galaxy Ace - Keep having to clear data?

I've had this phone 7 months now and about three times a day I have to clear the data on it, which is becoming annoying.

Is there any way to make it so my apps such as Twitter, Instagram and Facebook do not save data on my phone, so I don't have to keep clearing it?

put up datres on manual and decline them ,if its second hand it may have had problem before ,maybe get larger micro sd card 2/4gb only pennies now a days

Put programs on SD card so you have more storage and get bigger card if needed
